The core program

The 120-Day Longevity Sprint

One focused season to find out what your body is built for, measure how fast it's aging, and prove whether your daily habits are moving that number the right way.

What's included

Everything measured. One page to follow.

Testing

  • Symptom baseline: a digital symptom questionnaire, scored at the start and the finish
  • Core blood panel: fasting insulin, fasting glucose, HbA1c, hs-CRP, ferritin, ApoB, homocysteine and vitamin D, drawn at a lab near you
  • DNA blueprint: 3X4 Genetics cheek swab, done once for life
  • Epigenetic age and pace of aging: TruDiagnostic finger-stick test, at baseline and again before you finish

Coaching & support

  • Personal video review of your first blood results within days of your draw
  • 45-minute live Blueprint session once your DNA and epigenetic results are in
  • One-page Red / Yellow / Green dashboard built from all of your results
  • Three daily habit anchors plus a focused, phased support plan
  • Bi-weekly check-ins and monthly group coaching Q&A
  • On-demand curriculum: circadian rhythm, Zone 2 training, nutrition and environment
How the 120 days unfold

Four phases

Week 1

Stabilize

Complete your intake and symptom baseline, get your core blood panel drawn, and receive a personal video review with your first three habit anchors. Momentum starts right away, before the advanced results are back.

Weeks 2–6

Decode

Your DNA and epigenetic kits are processed by the labs while you build consistency with your habits. Then we meet live for your Blueprint session and you get your one-page dashboard.

Weeks 6–14

Target

We put your plan to work on the pathways your results flagged, with regular check-ins, group coaching and adjustments as you go.

Weeks 14–17

Re-measure & review

Repeat your symptom score, any blood markers that started out of range, and your pace of aging. You'll review the before-and-after with Dr. Bekkum and decide what comes next.

Who it's for

Built for people who lead

  • Executives, entrepreneurs and professionals who want data, not opinions
  • People whose labs look "normal" but who feel their edge slipping
  • People who are ready to change a few things consistently for 120 days
  • People who want to keep working with their own primary care provider
Who it's not for

Probably not a fit if…

  • You need diagnosis or treatment of an active medical condition
  • You want a quick fix or a stack of pills without habit change
  • You aren't ready to commit time over the next four months
After the Sprint

Keep the momentum

When the 120 days are up, you can keep going with an ongoing membership: periodic re-testing of your pace of aging and core blood markers, scheduled strategy sessions and continued group coaching. Options are reviewed on your Discovery Call.

Is the Sprint right for you?

The Discovery Call is free and takes about 30 minutes. We'll talk through your goals, your history and the investment, and you'll leave with a clear next step either way.
